My passion, after my family of course, is Treasure Hunting. The simple beauty of things from by-gone eras have always spoken to me. Whether these treasures are found at a flea market, fine antique store, estate sale, thrift shop, or in the family attic, surprises abound.
As an interior designer, I believe it is vital to balance your decor by including found and family treasures. Surrounding yourself with things you love should always be the goal, from there you will find your true style.
As I shop, I may have a client in mind or I may want to resell at our french flea market or in my shop. I am lucky to have several outlets for my treasures including my own home! I plan to share my searching, hunting, travels, and treasures with you and encourage you to enjoy adding your treasures to your home.

A Real Treasure of a Team

Each year we have held our Le Potager holiday celebration in a local eatery. Although they were delightful evenings, the meal always seemed rushed and conversation was difficult in a noisy room. So, three years ago we decided to hold our annual dinner right in the shop. We move a few furnishings, strip our lower level feature table of all decor and create an intimate one-of-a-kind dining room.
This year we layered the table with fresh magnolia, apples, pomegranates. rose hips and pine cones on a bed of cedar. We added antique garden statues and of course many candles to complete the look. The final piece of the beautiful puzzle was a fire in the fireplace.
Antique place settings included John's family china, water glasses and my family flatware.
The evenings place cards featured art of one of our great team members. I fashioned the place cards and their wine cork stands to create lovely keepsakes for our guests made completely of repurposed materials. The real treasures here are the people I am lucky enough to be surrounded by, that help to make our business a success. I am truly thankful.
